Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping in USA?

No matter where you are in the US, shipping is $3.00 for USPS First Class Mail for orders placed online.

How much is shipping in everywhere else?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Tattly is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

Can I expedite my order?

For domestic orders we offer UPS Priority shipping (2–3 business days) - rates are calculated at checkout.

For international orders we offer USPS Priority and DHL Express shipping (2–3 business days) - rates are calculated at checkout. Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside the control of Tattly.

I placed an order! When will I get it?

YAY! Orders ship from our Tattly office in Brooklyn within 1 business day from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 3-6 business days. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?

If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

Wait a second, didn't you use to offer free shipping?

For 4 years, we proudly covered the costs for US shipping and $2 for international. While we wish we could continue this method, our growing business has started to include a low-rate shipping fee for each order as of July 2015. We hope you understand and appreciate the support! We suggest stocking up to sleeve up and getting free shipping within the United States when you place an order of $35 or more!
